So there's something he's getting too much of in his diet that is causing crystals to form in his urinary tract, which apparently is causing blockages & (from the looks of things) cutting him up on the inside quite a bit ( Read more... )

Got it assembled, and it fits perfectly next to my back door, right where I wanted it. I am pleased. The bag with the worms in it had a decent amount of "bedding" so I didn't even need to break into the brick of coir that had come with it, although I did mix in the bag of shredded newsprint. Its been rather funny, last few days with Jasmine here - She is slowly getting the idea that yes, there are a couple of hugemongeous boy kitties here, but they are not going to attack her or steal her food or anything like that.
