We did make it home but we're still waiting for that apology. When I sent that email I rec'd a canned reply saying that they would "investigate" and get back to me within 30 business days. *rolls eyes* If we'd left it up to them we'd still be in Sri Lanka.

The kids missed registration but did make it for the first day of school.
