Time I will be in the sky:

Portland to San Francisco - 1 hr 50 min
San Francisco to Hong Kong - 14 hrs 30 min
Hong Kong to Bangkok - 2 hrs 50 min
Bangkok to Colombo (Sri Lanka) - 3 hrs 20 min

Total time with feet not attached to the ground - 22 hrs 30 min (one way)

I guess wishing you a good trip is something of a double edged sword here. Think of it this way, you'll be so irritated at having to run through all those airports, that it'll almost seem to be a relief to be on the plane :)
