Salvage operation

Still cleaning up after the Great Bedroom Flood of 2009. We've basically gutted the room. There's actually some pretty nice wood under the drywall and insulation but it's ridiculously drafty. Spoken with professional courtesy & personal empathy, drug his ass & get him to sleep. :) My former psych coworkers told me that's what they did for bipolars back in the day....when they came in manic, they'd hit 'em with Amytal & when they woke up in a day or so, they were much, much better.

I did take your advice yesterday. I basically told him that if he didn't call his psychiatrist I would call him myself. He did call, got an rx for ativan phoned in and actually slept last night.
I do worry a little because of his addiction history but things were getting a little desperate.
