Both.

For instance, look at what happened to my April 1 video. All of my other videos could have been removed and I wouldn't complain, because while I feel they fall under fair use, the original makers of the content could declare otherwise. But the one video that had mostly original content was disabled, in part because someone who was offended (whom I had not spoken to in years, and frankly didn't even know still watched my every move) and a duplicate account was made. Less than a few hours later, the video was done. Since I was unable to complain to YouTube about it (not only are their decisions usually final, the actual complaint form they use no longer works for me), I decided to swallow my pride and remove the video ( ... )

Well if someone is net-stalking you it kind of shows what kind of person they are and hopefully is a lesson on who you deal with in the future. Best advice I can give is to switch up your site names and make sure they aren't given out to just anyone. Also find sites that aren't so paranoid about content to the extent any jerk-off can report something that has nothing to do with them.
