healthcare in general sucks, but that's just awful! Damn those money grubbing bastards! Damn Bush for diverting attention away from the issue by being a schmuck and just sucking at running the country. *grr*

thanks it does suck I usually can figure out ways for healthcare to woek around its rules but all they wanna do is make me speak to an automated recording for a half hour and then when I get the real person I realize they are as heartless as the recordings...I like the icon...ah LJ catharsis!
