Hmm, I've had a couple attempts at reading The Historian now and I just can't get into it! It's a shame, the story sounds fascinating. I just don't like the way Kostova tells it. :/ Let me know how you find it.

I bought it after reading an extract because the start was intriguing. but I haven't gone back to it for a week or two now and I think that's its drawback - it doesn't grip you, doesn't make you stay up late and finish reading it like some of the other books I've read. still pretty good though.
