Recently I watched 3 movies of Aparna Sen more or less back to back. She is a sensitive director, a natural actress, very imaginative and original writer and story teller.

You must have seen her other movie Mr and Mrs Iyer.. Right?

I remember reading about the screening in the paper on a Saturday and wondering where Sarathi Studios was..

There's a restaurant here by the name 36 Chowringhee Lane. I'm told that they bring fish from Kolkata everyday, by air.
