My journal's future

You know, I used to worry about losing all of my journal, if livejournal ever goes under, which is why I pay the annual twenty dollars. All this work, all these thoughts...but then I realized. Each of my children knows where it is. If any of them had the slightest interest in reading it, they could quickly write a program to download it all.

Hi: Simple copy each entry onto your home computer hard drive and burn a disk? Then, your children will have to read the disk to see if Mom left anything important they'd need to reference!

That sounds so easy. Except I have made several up to ten entries a day since 1994! A few years are printed out now.

I think that someday your children, at least one of them or your grandchildren will indeed enjoy reading some of your journels. Print some out and label it as Diary (Keep Out) lol....always worked for me.
