That sounds so wonderful! I miss the camaraderie of being in a chorus and the excitement of performing. And performing overseas, how fun!

I really miss being in a choir, as well. High School and College Choirs were the highlights of my life. There is nothing like being amongst people who are singing beautifully together. It always gives me shivers.

I feel so sad for St. Austell. I've never been there before exactly, but I remember seeing some poor areas in Cornwall when I was there and it was very disheartening. It sounds like their love for their town in sincere, as well as their sadness at watching it decline.

But, they also sound like exceedingly resilient people. And that doesn't surprise me, really.

Oh! You and Aric have an open invite to stay at the Jamieson library anytime. I'll have to give you a phone call with the update and story of all that when I get back.

*smooch*

Oh, we do? Tell me more when you get back!

Aric has actually mentioned coming down south to visit with y'all sometime. Which is a huge deal because he's antisocial. He must really like you! But, I remember that you two got on in Cornwall very nicely.
