 I've gotten opinions from several people on what sort of age gap is too big. Girls generally said "See where it goes, maybe if you like each other enough, age doesn't matter."  Guys generally said "Yeah, that's too many years." What direction would the age gap be in? younger or older guys? I'm pretty sure you can figure my mindset on older ;) Younger, I haven't found to be the best, but I've noticed a particular you might be interested in (hope I'm not far off base here, starts w/ J, maybe??) and think you could definitely be cute together :)
