aww, really, cant u put erm oxy or any cream for it??
i have one secret practise that i always do, to prevent pimples from growing. its past down from my grandma and it works for me.
dig ur nose, whatever u get on ur hand(yeah, THAT) rub it on ur pimple, while saying some prayers(anything, or simply say "please stop growing") and it will be gone after a day. it always work for me. :D
