Another one!
Another meme, drama themes this time because I feel like challenging it :D
Day 01 - A drama that should have had another season
This is hard because I've got this theory... if a drama leaves you with a huge desire for more
episodes, this means it failed in some ways.
Usually jdramas are meant to have a single season, they are series per se... and I watch jdramas because they are short and wrap the story in a decent amount of episodes without asking you to watch seasons and seasons of stuff that can easly jump the shark... it's a different approach from the American one and I like it soooooo much. (I watch also shows from USA and I can love them a lot, don't get me wrong about this, but I was disappointed lots of times from them, so I became suspicious...)
So I haven't an answer to this question... the only "desire" I can express is to have tanpatsu or spin off series with certain characters because there are of course a good amount of them in my heart I'd like to see over and over again ^_^
Like my beloved Kusunoki Taiga from Natsu no koi wa nijiiro ni kagayaku... a prequel with tons of scenes between him and Keita, the best best friend I saw on screen in a looooooong time it's something I can at least fancy... fail!Taiga was so funny XDDDD (and I'd like to see Kotaro-san again, it's hard to tell how much I enjoyed his character despite the fact he had a small amount of screen time in the story... and I want some snippets of future because Umi-chan is my third favourite character in the story and her friendship with Taiga was a main highlight of the story for me ♥ )
Another one I'd like to enjoy watching again is the whole Kisarazu cat's eye group.
Despite the fact the drama has a beautiful ending, I loved also the movies because those cats are like old friends to me, Kudokan did an awesome work with them, and I miss Bussan deeply... *biased*
And the last one is... kakkoi-Kotaro (Kotaro figo XD) from Samurai High School because Miura Haruma with a short ponytail, a kimono and a deep manly voice is something worth watching XD
