Gah, now I'm starting to wonder if my CFS has always this bad, and I just never noticed because I didn't push myself, or whether it's getting worse

*hugs* I hope your weekend works out alright. Maybe going in to see a doctor would help, but I know how hard that is if you don't have insurance.
