I wanted DS9 and / or Voyager movies too. Or some kind of TNG / DS9 / VOY crossover movie. NEM flopped so it will never happen now, esp since they got rid of Rick Berman for JJ Abrams.
JJ's Enterprise is too big, they blew up Vulcan and Romulus, and set it in an Alternate Reality.
