I rinse my cup always. But we have someone who's actual job it is to clean the dishes (load the dishwasher) and umm, it's not done. Not to be a primadonna but, well, I am being one. =p

But yes, there is some disgusting shiet in there. Otherwise, I'd probably just throw the damn things in the washer myself. *sigh*
