So there was this secret on fandomsecrets tonight...

And first of all, YES, YES, SO MUCH YES. I've been saying since I first saw Batman Begins that I'd love to see Robin re-imagined in this world, especially considering how dark a character Dick Grayson is (though oddly, nobody I know seems to agree with me on this. idk).

In my experience Robin has been a pretty lame character in all interpretations of Batman outside of the comic books (the closest he came to being kind of cool was in the animated series in the '90s)... so I guess they don't want to mess with that stigma?

I think, though, that if any Batman franchise under any director was going to be able to reinvent Robin in the way he deserves - it would be this one. And if you look at the source material, Dick Grayson is a really dark character, so it's not like it'd be impossible to do. I think the biggest challenge would really be in casting.

(Personally, I thought Teen Titans did an awesome job with him, but I know that not everyone agrees. XD)
