Here's what happens:

Dean: *does all of Sam's clothes shopping because he's a good big brother*
Sam: *tags along so he doesn't end up wearing stupid shit*
Dean: *takes Sam to Goodwill*
Sam: ...........*siiiigh*

And then when Dean's not looking, Sam sneaks out and takes it all back, and goes to the sales at JC Penney's, because he pays attention to the ads and knows when they are.
