plutos_revenge and I have been discussing the trailer for Judgment Day and we have a query re: a teeny scene.

I said yes althugh the coat seems to e a lsightly different colour and style to the one we normally see. But then that's minor. Body language is Ducky.

The colour is just the screen cap, I think. I've compared styles with other pics of him in it and again it's the pixelisation that makes it look different - at least I think so.

I'm still sure it is Ducky. But . . .

Makes sense. It is Ducky. It has tp be.

What gets me about trailers is they always mess with the actual timeloine. So we're seeing these scenes and hearing those lines but likely we're not getting them in the right order. They've cobbled it together from the best bits as it were.

And watching the trailer has left me totally confused...

Hmmm. I wonder if it will live up to the hype?

Also Abby's reaction, to my mind, makes it someone she knows who is telling them the news. I think she'd be less out and out showing her shock if it were just someone from outside - it has to be Ducky.

I know. I know. We are indeed and we might even be getting lines that don't actually tie in with the scene, but another scene.

Would they *really* give away who will die in the promo?

After all - remember the promos for 'In the Dark' (yes, it was last year - I is libriarian - good memories are a speciality!) where it seemed like Gibbs was breaking up with Mann (forgive me for swearing!)... only to find that it was anything but... (hands over the brain bleach).

In all honesty - I am looking forward to Wednesday because I know who it is and I can get on with the 'grieving' process, because I really, really do not want to lose anyone who you see in the icon.

This is not your average procedural where everyone is replaceable - this is NCIS!

And yes, there will be some serious 'Spoil and DIE!' warnings on Monday's newsletter - just sayin'!;)

I never expected them to give anything away - damn them :-)

Up until this time I've always avoided spoilers and promos like the plague, but once I'd stumbled over this, I just had to keep going and going and going.

I too just want it over with. I want to know who it is. We all know who we want it to be, and maybe the double-bluff will play out and it will be, but I fear not. I have said for a while now I think it's going to be Tony and I stand by that. But if not then Jenny or Ziva have also been my top three throughout. Although given the fact that the death is not really the shocking thing, it could well point to Jenny being the one to die - or the whole 'major character' thing has been a ruse by Ausiello and it is just a 'regular' i.e. we're going to lose dear Jimmy.

I shall avoid my flist on Wednesday and my email until I've watched it - but then I tend to do that anyway. I would think most people will be good about it, but not all, which is always the case.
