hahahaha this was all over the local newspaper too hahaha. He’s not MY rep but if mine had a throw-down with Colbert...errr...it’s too horrible to even think about.

I just read this rep's story on Wikipedia -- His mom is Kitty Dukakis and his step-father is Michael Dukakis! A quick, interesting read.

Can't say I agree with all his stances, but Chaffetz has a really good work ethic.

Not mine, either. I did see an article somewhere that had Chaffetz quoted as saying "Steven Colbert is freakishly, freakishly strong".

Props to Chaffetz, even if he can't leg-wrestle. He had a sense of humor and survived Colbert's grilling. You should read his wikipedia page, he's really interesting.

And Stephen Colbert is a mountain of a man, he should have no shame in losing.

Leg wars should be part of every political race. Not necessarily as a deciding factor in the outcome, but just for entertainment and to take the pride of politicians down a notch, because it's gotta be hard to take yourself seriously when you're waving your leg in the air like that.
