I do not think that such obvious reincarnation of Cameron in 13 is just a coincidence or result of writers' lack of creativity.

Sorry, but I think House needs to retrace his steps with Cam not 13.This year the writers have treated us like we have no intelligence. They have presented us with a character that is supposed to be the perfect Doctor, and House has an interest in her, we are supposed to love her and everything will go just the way the writers want. But we have intelligence we know that they want us to love her more than Cam but what they don't understand is that we love Cam just the way she is worts and all.It's all about the actor as well and how she plays the role and 13's really not very good. This season is so ridiculous they have House playing a God role and that every female in the Hospital fawning over him except 13 because she is just too good for that, they have Cuddy as an Hospital Admin/Hooker. I know shows change but please! Do you remember Ross/Russ - Friends at least that only went for one show and everyone knew what was up. But the writers are expecting us to believe that the intelligent doctors don't pick up on this. How stupid do

You are right about the writers treating us like crap... And I think I am grasping at straws here, but isn't this the same writing team that did season 1,2? I can't believe they are pulling this crap now, but I guess it's true that all the TV shows are only really good for first couple of seasons and then they try really hard just not to be kicked off the air :)

And yes LE does go too far...and even Cuddy recently suggested that House will only be looking and commenting on her ass in front of the camera! Cuddy is encouraging him and that's just wrong! :)

And what I totally love about what you said is that YES! We love Cam the way she is...with her faults, her mess-ups, her awkwardness sometimes and her wrong decisions! She's our girl! :)

Thanks so much for your reply, I've turned off this season, because they have gone totally off track and it's really wrong, House is acting like God, LE actually said in an interview if we want to see her boobs then vote for House/Cuddy I mean really. This used to be a great show with intelligent doctors and fascinating cases, and they would do anything and everything to try and safe a life. This show now resolves around House in a God like role, Cuddy in a hooker role, contestants sorry doctors doing anything to get a fellowship, a doctor killing a patient and nothing happening - duty of care, practically no cameron. I'm sorry to vent but I'm just so angry that they had such a good formula which was really working and now they're pulling this crap.Then they pull this Ross/Russ thing, with Cameron/13 and 13's character being perfect - even though she did kill a patient, and House not firing her and fawning over her. Thank you for your comments and sorry for the venting. 13 does nothing for me as an actess, she had all the character

If you are even a bit obsessed with House then you already know who's staying for the rest of the season. I am somewhat saddened by the Cameron/13 similarities. It seems like the two are fungible. I thought he missed Cameron but maybe he is not really capable of something real. Obviously, he needs a young, beautiful, and smart woman around. What man wouldn't. Normally, I wouldn't suggest this but I wish Cameron and House would hook up and enjoy the ride. This way Cameron could get over House, satify her passion and move on emotionally. It is hard to live either super high or super low. At some point middle ground is solid ground for going on.

I don't know, really. At this point do you think Cameron would (or should) even want to be involved with House? He's all over the map lately. I really did appreciate the more introspective House of seasons past, and think those two were more suited than this adolescent version they've been giving us lately.

I think there is still potential there if they maybe become friends first but not the awkward kind like they were in Guardian Angel, sorta Wilsonian kind, but the "we have history, but I trust you" kind...

I still want my House at least a little bit happy and I still think that Cam is the only woman that can give him that :) Plus I think being with House is what Cam really wants...so they should at least try it and if it doesn't work out, Cam can live on with ease :)

Your post has really gotten me thinking. Maybe House is trying to do it 'right' with this Cameron prototype since he thinks he screwed it up with Cameron - although I don't think he ever can, she loves him too much. I can't remember what it was exactly, but earlier this season someone was interviewing Cameron and she said she loved House, and then tried to take it back.

Ohhh. Yea, you aren't an avid updater, but that's okay, because when you do update you write a lot of good stuff :)

Who is KJ? One of the writers? I'm still pretty new to the House fandom :X I'm just catching up fast (season 1 and 2, watched! this season - watched so far!) season 3- going to watch.

I do love the 'date' in S1. And I love the part in S2 where House wants Cam to take the AIDs test so he surprises her, 'I love you.' And she opens her mouth in astonishment. It was a cruel joke but so fun to watch!!!

KJ is Katie Jacobs, one of the producers, who is a major House/Cuddy fan and she is not really very infomative. DS is David Shore who is the main creator. He has shown some House/Cam tendencies before, but lately he's been distracted by his other projects and some of his House/Cam promises haven't been fullfilled...while KJ is getting her Huddy stuff ...

I loved season 2..How about the eye!sex in the shower scene, when they are listening to heart sounds on the mp3 player and Cameron hears the extra flap...? Delicious! :) I love scenes in Euphoria 1 and 2, when he doesn't want her to go back to that apartment. Some of the looks he gives her- you can't deny his feelings after watching his eyes :)

You should definitely watch season 3...there are a lot of good House/Cam moments...one of my fav episodes of House is "Lines in the Sand"...and "Informed Conscent" is filled with House's concern for Cam :)
