I second the comment to add a little paragraph about what you did at each research job--that may just be because I'm really interested to hear more about olfaction in lobsters. I'm interested to hear more about olfaction in anything. That sounds very awesome.
Yeah, my old CV (the one that I used to get a biology job) had a little paragraph with each research job. But since this is for linguistics grad school, not a research job in a bio lab, I decided I should cut that part. If you're really interested and you don't mind a Word doc, you can see my old cv here.
Maybe this is more true of resumes than CVs (i don't know), but it's really nice to have everything on one page if possible. It looks like there's a good amount of whitespace in the margins, and many of the items could shrink by a line or two if you put the time & location on the right margin of existing lines (shrinking Massachusetts Institute of Technology to MIT... etc).
