Author’s Note: Oddly enough, this was written in Times New Roman, 12pt, double spaced, and with 1.25” left/right margins. I never write in that format. There should’ve also been more research into Celtic mythology, but finals are right now. I'm also indecisive whether to set this in an AU Magvel, or in the UK. This is historically inaccurate like crazy and has shallow interpretations of Celtic/Irish mythology.
I’m ambivalent about this piece; would have liked to work in more description (but it just wouldn't go in!); I’ll just consider this practice at writing non-introspective stuff. It's also being posted now and not closer to Friday, because this is my breather during finals. Written for prompt 5, spirit, at fe_contest . Inspiration goes to Malinda Lo’s Ash and Spirited Away.
