He used to have the ability to touch someone and seal up memories or reveal them again, but that's been stripped from him until further notice. So the only memory games he can play are making him doubt himself, or using drugs which I'd talk to you about.
As far as mental weaknesses go, he's one for mind games and latching onto a sore spot. For example, in canon he knows that a character hates the thought that he might not be human and brings that up often enough to force the person into a catatonic, self-loathing state because of the reminder of what he hates.
