This is a silly question, but hey. I can sew, I can quilt- I think I want to make a pillow too. But. How do you get the image onto the fabric? Did you have a special machine print the image, or did you have someone else print it for you? Because I would probably be too embarassed to ask someone to print it out for me, but I wouldn't have a problem having someone see it in my living room. *tilts head* Uhm. That makes no sense, and yet...
It's better to use a paper for color fabric than for white fabric because the white is transparent so if you use a transfer paper for white fabric on color fabric, it'll be transparent where the pic is white and when you'll transfer it on the fabric, the white part will have the color of your fabric.
HEY! I have the first pic on the pillow in my computer chair! My friend remote45 made it for me last year for my b-day! OOO but I LOVE the material you used. Those are gorgeous!
..........uWAOW! O.O! Those look really great! Was it hard to find the fabric for the pillows? Cause they look kinda exotic.. I especially like the feathers! How did you print the pictures on the fabric? They look amazing, the colours are beautiful! And of course the motive too! ^_^ Didn't know it was Fei on the first pic. I saw that one in one of the Artbooks and hoped he was a character from a new work by her. I love samurai stories! *^-^* The pillows came out really really great!!! I hope you'll be posting pics of the 2 following pillows too! ;) Ganbatte!

Yes, the fabric was hard to find. If I had to make ne pillows, it would be easier now because I've moved where we can find more things.
I printed the pic on transfer paper.
Actually the samourai isn't Fei but they look alike.
And my 1st 2 pillows are posted here http://nafra.livejournal.com/17362.html#cutid1
