I was just looking through memos on my phone and I came across something I jotted down immediately upon waking, several weeks ago. I wrote a haiku about Twilight/Edward Cullen in my sleep. In a dream, I was in a cafe writing in a notebook, and this is what I wrote down:
I have bad hair
and a tight, knitted mouth
for saying stupid things

'Tree of Life'

Glad I wandered by Otto's tonight because I saw some fun hardcore bands. Put me in the mood to blast some Bad Brains when I got home. I can't because my roommates are asleep, but I can indulge in some youtube and headphones...

I finally made it out to a concert tonight, to an opera that xevv recommended (starring her dad!). (April is turning out to be a busy busy month for concerts all around -- there was the opera tonight, Thom Yorke is next week, Rite of Spring and Different Trains are the next week, Faith and the Muse & Weep the next week, and PIL is also playing ( Read more... )
