There has been a request for my chai recipe, so I figure I'd post it here, if anyone else wants one. Although it may sound complicated, because there are many ingredients, it's actually cheaper and tastier than pre-blended chai. I just discovered the wonder that is fresh in-the-pod cardamom. Makes a chai so rich it'll curl your toes.

There's nothing like fresh spices. I ground my own garam masala a few weeks ago and the house smelled 24839% more awesome for several days, from toasting the spices.
