Wallpapers "Friends-only"

Hi everyone!

After finding some of my artwork/Wallpapers being sold on ebay as posters, I decided to lock my Wallpapers entries and make them only available for my friends.

All my new posts will be "friends-only" after 3 weeks. I hope you understand it.

If you want to see all my artwork, just add me as a friend :D

I'm glad you understand me. It is really bad that the seller wants 25 € (!!!) for a Supernatural poster which was made by me. The seller doesn't have my permission and furthermore it is no official merchandise. However, they sell my Wallpapers. I cannot believe it!!!

I wrote the seller a message and told her that I do not want my artwork to be sold. It is for private use only. She answered that she bought it in America from another seller.

Now I don't know what to do. So I decided to make my Wallpaper entries friends-only. The icons stay open for everyone.

Hey :) I'm really sorry to hear about this happening, too. Know I haven't friended you yet or, actually, even used any of your work. But it's all awesome and I like coming and checking out the pretties ;)

Just wanted to let you know, there's laws against disturbing copyright material without permission too. Like you couldn't buy a pirated copy of a movie and then sell it, because despite not being the person who pirated it, you're still breaking the law. So the fact this girl on ebay can’t sell it is her loss. She should be more careful about what she buys to redistribute and/or take it up with the person she brought it from.

Also, you could ask her who she brought it from and maybe let her know that unless she provides you details, so you can track down the source and put a stop to it, you'll be able to press charges against her anyway.

Thank you for your comment. It helps me a lot because now I know that it's a kind of piracy too. I didn't think about it yet.

I already asked the seller where she bought all the stuff, however she only said it was in America and she didn't give me a name or something. So I will ask her again to track down the source. I hope she provides me more details this time.

Oh wow, it never even occurred to me that such a thing was possible. F-lock them for sure. :)

I also never imagined that someone might steal my artworks and uses them for comercial purposes.
