Suicidal Deer
My oldest sister got in a real bad car crash yesterday. She hit a deer... it jumped right out in front of her car. She's ok, has some back strain but is otherwise fine. The car's totalled.
Really scary. That coulda been so much worse than it was. -

Settling in
I moved out a few days ago. Just packed up my stuff and moved in with Milos and Colin. I spent most of yesterday unpacking, and then I slept in until 2 this afternoon. Man, it's snowing so much. Hopefully it won't turn into another ice storm!
Just watched Archangel, a movie with Daniel Craig in it. It's kind of tedious, but I can totally see why someone would have thought of Craig as Bond (BTW I like him a LOT as Bond). -

Let it snow
I was walking around earlier and looked out the window and went "holy fuck! is there snow in them there trees?" Then I looked closer and realized that no, there was no snow. Bafflement

I saw the doctor on Tuesday, even though I had recurring nightmares that the place had burnt down and so I had to scramble to find a new place at short notice and nobody would take me and blah blah blah. I can't sleeeeeeep. Which is so weird because I've been sleeping like 10-12 hour stretches lately. I think it's the heart burn. Maybe I should try sleeping in a chair, sitting up, or something. I drank a glass of milk and I think that's helped some ( Read more... )
