Jag har tröttnat på att krångla med deras kundservice -_-;; Det började med att jag beställde en dvd i december som jag skulle ge till en kompis i julklapp. Den kom inte fram i tid (den kom inte fram alls faktiskt..) och de visste inte när de skulle kunna skicka den. Två månader senare fick jag avbeställa dvd:n för att den aldrig kom och så fick jag en rabattkod att köpa något annat för istället. För en månad sen beställde jag en cd åt mamma, fick aldrig något bekräftelsemail (och hade alltså inget bevis för att jag beställt den) och inte heller någon cd-skiva >_< Trodde ordern var borta, så jag mailade dem nu och fick svaret att de inte alls vet när de kommer att kunna leverera den. Frågan är om jag någonsin kommer få den >_>;

Urk! Har de fått några pengar av dig än? Om inte, så ge dem inte en spänn i alla fall. :P Väldigt trist med sådant där krångel - sådant ska bara funka, och that's it!

Lite pengar har de fått, men det mesta av dvd:n betalade jag med ett presentkort som mamma hade vunnit som tur är.. Annars hade jag inte beställt från dem från första början :/ Men, ja. Trist ändå.

But thanks for the heads up darling, now I know I will NEVER EVER buy stuff from them.
I'm so sorry they are a piece of shit site. :( I wish I could help you buy that CD from somewhere else, somewhere reliable.

They're saying that they CAN find the order, but they can't find the CD. Kind of. Well, they're telling me the exact thing they told me when they couldn't deliver the DVD. They have no idea when the CD will be dispatched >_> I feel like that's worse than if my order had just been lost...

That's what I usually do, too, and the only reason I used this site is that my mum had won a gift card at cdwow.com :/

Jaaa, undrar bara hur många varor jag ska behöva avbeställa innan de faktiskt lyckas skicka något. Det är ett under att den där Moneybrother-cd:n till Robin faktiskt kom.
