I've been working on this skin for absolutely ages, and I'm glad to say it's finally done!

This may be a dumb question but I've been downloading CC for awhile and I've never seen any noses like that? I try to make my own and use what is in the game but I can never get them to look like that? Is there a place to actually download pre-made noses? Lol!

Meep, I'm not sure I understand the question? The texture on the skin helps give the nose it's shape (if you've been messing around with the facial sliders in CAS/Bodyshop), so just try applying the skin to the sim? :3
