I am looking for a moderator. You would not be expected to maintain most of the community interface or the administrative jobs, but rather help to stir activity and take over both the tagging project and the monthly challenges

Hi there~

I really like Nabari no Ou but haven't gotten the chance to do anything for the fandom yet, so I think becoming a moderator for this group would be a good way to help contribute to the fandom :)

I'm taking a break after graduating from college right now so I've a lot of free time; I'm also admin of other groups so I'm used to the duties and responsibilities of modding. Not to mention I'm an absolute perfectionist so you can trust me to do things right, lol.

Idea for monthly challenge: I was thinking we could have a weekly/monthly icon challenge. Doing icons is easier than drawing/writing, so we can get more people to participate that way. Not to mention there seems to be more active graphic-design people around here anyway.

The point about graphic design is definitely correct! I've never been sure how to work with that and accommodate those who don't do that as well. Maybe we can think of ideas together?
