District Judge Terence C. Kern Declares Oklahoma’s Anti-Marriage Law Unconstitutional!

I'm late to saying anything, but on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Terence Kern ruled that Oklahoma's anti-marriage law violates the 14th amendment and is therefore unconstitutional.  You can read the document here.

God must love homosexuals, on account of having made a significant minority of them - probably more than the haters would expect. How many people are going to tell the religious extremists that they are in a same-sex relationship? They probably think they are trying to persecute a much smaller minority than is actually the case.

The UK falls far short of perfect, but does seem rather more liberal in this respect.
