It took quite a bit of therapy for me to accept anger as a positive emotion.

*grin*

Embrace it, and hold on to that bad mood as long as you need to.

It comes and goes. I vastly prefer pissed off to nauseated, shaking, and weepy.

OK, so if I'm supposed to let you seethe I shouldn't discuss uses for pepperminty goodness that might change your mood, huh?

Damn. And I've got a tin of Altoids right here, too.

Heh. I thought of that, acutally, having a dirty mind. Never had the nerve to try that trick. Though for "cool and refreshing" an ice cube applied to the post of my piercing is certainly . . . well . . . cool and refreshing. And I'd be afraid that Altoids would leave my hoo-ha smelling like a candycane. I'm not trying to impress Santa's elves. ;)

Well, if that's all that's bothering you...have you tried ginger Altoids yet?

Sometimes attempts to make me "chill out" do work, and are welcome, but there are days when it is better, I think, to just be pissed. I get over it faster if I'm allowed to vent.

Angry means you're willing to fight, and a willingness to fight means your spirit isn't broken yet. I can't help but see anger as a positive thing.

The trick is convincing people you live with of this!

Aaah, backyard camping.

S'mores!

Shadow puppets on the tent wall!

And scary campfire stories!

And your parents coming out at 3 a.m. demanding to know why you started a fire in the backyard.

I miss childhood sometimes. (But only sometimes.)
