We make more, frankly, from Smashwords, but it's a negligible amount more, so really, it's your choice. Reviews on Amazon theoretically do more good.

I might consider it. We really want to move off LJ entirely. It's the best thing to do in the long run, I think, it's just not so great short term.

We'd have to institute a minimum donation to get in if we did, which we never had before.
