Oh, that's so sweet of you, but I'm a big, old girl and can take care of myself - grins - I've discovered a lot of things and I think I can manage the basics now! I'm happy you're back again and you DID tell me you would be busy, so I didn't feel abandoned at all ;-))

I liked your Warlord lipstick one partly on face value, because it's funny and pokes at gender identity which I love, but also because it reminded me of your wonderful original manga drawings that you posted on art_apart. I'd love to see more of them. ^.^

^.^ Thanks!! Yes - I work them quite hard. My doctor said I would draw until they dropped off. *grin* I think she was a little annoyed. ;-)

Oh, they're wonderful! You really got the Gorey style down, both in picture and prose. Simply charming! I look forward to seeing the rest. :)

Thank you! I think they're actually quite different in many ways from Gorey's work, but he was definitely my inspiration - and I do try to use some of his style for the backgrounds. I'm so pleased you liked them! ^.^
