I can help you out with that one. To comment on someone else's myspace, go to their profile by clicking on their display picture. Then scroll down until you see their comments. At the top of the comments box, click (View/Add comments). Simple :D But it took me a while to figure it out too.
Also, if you want to comment on their photos, and view other ones as well, you need to be at their profile page again, and directly under their display pic, there will be a "View my: Pics | Videos" option. Click on the Pics and then click on the actual picture you want to comment and add one :D.
That's all for the standard myspace layout. Some people have changed it, but you'll catch on :D
