Some people just should NOT work in the medical field. That includes people who have been working in the field for far too long and are now burned out.

No worries, I haven't gotten quite that far down the line yet. But there are a lot of people I talk to on the phone (and radio) every night at work who have...and then some.

Well I have a fresh splash here - our cousin just completed her Pharmacy Tech program with an A+! She starts her internship at SVMH this week.

It may not help much, but it's a drop in the pool :)

SVMH is the main hospital for the city of Salinas; our aunt, her mom has worked there for almost 30 years. It's considered one of the best in the area since most of the staff is also affiliated with Stanford Medical Center @ Stanford University in San Francisco.

That includes people who are only in it for the money.
