My work status is going to be changing in a couple of weeks.

No more 24-hour shifts for me. And a drastic cutback in how many patients I see.

I'm moving into the wild, weird, wacky and wondrous world of dispatch.Yep. Someone calls 911, there's a possibility they'll talk to ME. Especially if they need an ambulance

Sounds like a lot of thought is needed to weigh the pluses and minuses of this opportunity. Particularly considering the distance and no change in pay; and gas going up, up and away! Keep us posted.
