Since deciding to come here for college, I haven't had to give a lot of thought to my future, aside from mulling internship options. Scratch that--finding and choosing internships wasn't even really planning a future, it just seemed kind of necessary. so yeah I've been thinking about post-graduation quite a bit... and from the sound of it, it seems like a viable option is to work at a academic/national research lab -- e.g. the JHU Applied Physics Lab in MD -- for a few years. In such places they usually have a program that will pay for / subsidize further studies towards a masters degree. I'm thinking about it.
