*Snickers* There is something to be said for overprotective!Elliot. It's one of those things, really... And at least Gabby knows how to give him what for, though since she inherited his and Robin's genes I don't think anybody had doubts about that.

Gabby greatly takes after Elliot in natural personality, which is ironically why they clash on this particular subject :P Luckily she has some smart and understanding women in her life to balance out her OTT dad!

Hah. I suppose it's par for the course for Elliot to be overprotective!dad. :P Poor Gabby and Edward, though. Luckily they both seem to know how to stand up for themselves, and thankfully Maria seems to be a sensible stepmom(ish?), too. :)

They're both too clever to take Elliot seriously as anything other than potentially embarrassing at his worst, and since Maria is a romance sim too and has a certain level of control over him, she won't let him get in the way of true lust (or love, whichever) either :P

Elliot might be the kind of person to be for abstinence-only education for girls, or at least for his daughters, but that would be moronic. Actually his education plan would probably mostly be about how all boys are evil and should not be so much as looked at until approved by him. Luckily nobody ever takes him seriously anymore :P
