So I have this vague plan for generation 5 and 6. One of my generation five (female) is not going to marry and doesn't want a biological child, but she does want to adopt one child (that's all she's predetermined anyway), and I'm considering an import. Basically, a kid who could really have done with (a) better parent(s) and upbringing. Won't be

You've already got my Dora so this is probably not needed, but I just wanted to point out Kitty (obviously female, straight, and Georgiana's daughter with Garrett Surilie) or even Tristan (obviously male, bisexual, and Garrett Surilie's son with Grimmy). Both had pretty crappy upbringings all things considered.

Also I really like this idea!

My gen 5 spare Lizzie sounds like she could fit the bill pretty well. Her mother pretty much bossed her around for not being ladylike enough, and her father ignored her because she was a girl. She's a twin to the heir, but I think she wouldn't mind leaving him behind if she was getting away from her parents.
