One of the pieces of advice I got was to do an elimination diet to help ward off morning sickness*. Which is not to say that eliminating some of the things you've listed isn't a good thing to do before getting pregnant. Indeed, seems like getting the alcohol and caffeine withdrawal out of the way would be good. And getting used to being more careful with blood sugar control, also a good thing so the nixing the sugar and processed food definitely good. And dairy, corn, and peanuts aren't necessarily great things to put in one's body anyway.
It just struck me that perhaps getting a good allergy test might be the better way to go if you're looking something other than detox.

if you want to do a detox before conception, go right ahead. i'm also not sure an elimination diet would help. i was extremely sensitive to some foods in first trimester (both of them, though more in the second) but they had little to do with foods i'm normally sensitive too. i was also weirdly sensitive to some things last third trimester. your best bet is to practice listening to your body and always have small bland snacks and perhaps ginger on hand.
and, of course, you may not get sick at all. some don't.
