Okay so I am embarrassed around other people if I don't have a bra on, and it's physically uncomfortable to not have these puppies supported if I'm doing anything more than slounging at home.

This is going behind a cut for lots of second-guessing myself and talking about asthma, breast reduction, lumps, and surgery.
