Funny... I mentioned the article to my mother. We both agreed that it made sense. My mother mentioned that it also made sense that we really didn't know that until much later. LOL it does make sense. BUT you must note that further in the longer article (here) she makes at LEAST one error that contradicts her own writing ... so. I guess - don't take anything she says in interviews without a grain of salt?

In addition to this she shed more light on the early days of the Order, saying James, Sirius, Remus and Lily were full time Order members."
