Last night's film was John Carpenter's They Live. We gave this film 3 out of 5 corpses only because we didn't feel it was technically a horror film. We all agree that there are some people out there who are probably terrified of the thought of us being secretly controlled by aliens, but unfortunately it just wasn't quite scary enough ( Read more... )

I wondered why that seemed so familiar!! I never would have figured that out. Leave it to the cool kid to have to tell me!

That one's a classic. Piper was in another so-bad-it's-good movie, Hell Comes to Frogtown. It's horrible, but that's what makes it so good.

Can't go wrong with Roddy Piper and the voice of Goliath the Gargoyle.
I second the "Hell Comes to Frogtown" suggestion.

That's right! I forgot that Keith David was the other guy in They Live. One heck of a voice on that guy.
