Love the intensity between Severus & Hermione, their expressions and their connected gaze. Lucius is cross-eyed, whacked out waiting to be buggered in boots that were designed by Ace Frehley & Paul Stanley's costume creators.

And Lucius… is his usual self, not a care in the world, just having some fun, but those crossed eyes seem like he just got a ‘little’ more than he asked for 😅 Thank you again, it was my Name Day yesterday and this is the perfect gift ❤️

The way portrait Severus and Hermione are reaching for each other, trying so hard to touch, and the way they are looking at each other longingly, and the way all the other portraits are turned and facing the wall. Very nice! And Lucius looks very happy as he waits to get pegged! Love the way he pops the cork off the champagne bottle! And the stockings and boots! Love all of these details! <3 ^.^

Well, now you’ve done it. You’ve brought out wordy hbart (I can almost hear you asking how that is different from normal hbart). I don’t care for LM/HG. No shade thrown at anyone who ships them it just doesn’t really work for me. But this gives me the vibe of a story where Severus was not technically in an official romantic relationship with anyone, but he had his social/emotional needs met through Hermione and his physical needs met through Lucius. And upon his death, it is still important to him that they are both cared for, and this is the solution that meets the needs of everyone. Of course, when he is convincing them of the plan beforehand, he tells Lucius that participating in this will show him that Muggleborns are worth his time. And he points out to Hermione how well positioned she will be to pound some frustration out of her system ( ... )
