Though I wish Dumbles had been as loving as you portray him, it's complicated. Your work emotes such tenderness and an attempt to bring Severus some peace. Again, your hands are fabulously rendered, wish it were my fingers running through Severus' hair. Though this may be meant as more, for myself I see a fatherly Dumbles. A lovely piece to be sure.
