Poor guy! Minerva needs to snuggle him like a homesick firstie. And I would be really interested to know what kinds of things he wrote home. Did he write about how bad things were, hoping they would send him somewhere else (or knowing it was a safe place to vent because they weren’t going to do anything anyway? Or did he send letters saying everything was great because to do otherwise makes him emotionally vulnerable? Let’s open up those letters!
