written for smilingbomb in this year's gossip girl santa. it was originally 3000 words worth of jenny and eric competing for chuck's heart, but that was just ridiculous, so i wrote this in a day and a half to make up for being the kind of terrible person who would write something like that. . .

Thank you so much! Eric's one of those characters that just stuck with me as soon as I started watching the show, and this is the first time I've felt genuinely pleased about a voice I've tried for him. I definitely see myself writing more at some point, and I'm so glad you liked it ♥

The way it's written does seem very Eric-y, and I like how Chuck puts Blair as first preference and Eric second, or less, can you write one continuing maybe like that?

I love Eric when he is still well written - my compliments :) I really loved this intelligent, kind of dark self-destructive voice you gave him.

And Eric/Chuck is amazing! I love how mysterious yet vulnerable you wrote him. Chuck and Blair should really have more breaks hehe !
